By joining any Cincy Girls Who (CGW) event — main group or subgroup — you're agreeing to participate at your own risk. We do our best to make our events safe and accessible, but taking part means taking responsibility for your own safety and choices. That includes getting yourself to and from events, knowing your own limits and comfort level, being mindful of any preexisting conditions, and drinking responsibly if alcohol is involved.

CGW isn't liable for any loss, injury, illness, or damage that happens as a result of participating in our activities. By joining in, you release CGW — including our organizers, members, and affiliates — from any claims or actions related to these kinds of incidents.

Continuing to participate means you've read, understood, and accepted this disclaimer. If any part of it doesn't sit right with you, we'd rather you sit this one out.

 

Photo & Video Use

CGW may photograph or film any main or subgroup event, and we reserve the right to use that content without separate written permission. This includes photos/videos taken by CGW leadership, members, participants, or anyone acting on our behalf, however they reach us (BFF server, email, text, shared drives, etc.). We may use these on our social channels and in other CGW media — Instagram, TikTok, our website, print, email newsletters, and beyond.
