By participating in any events organized by Cincy Girls Who (CGW) or its affiliated subgroups, you acknowledge and agree to do so at your own risk. While CGW strives to ensure the safety and accessibility of its events, your decision to participate implies your acceptance of personal responsibility for your behavior, safety, and security. This includes, but is not limited to, transportation to and from events, engaging within your personal ability and comfort level, being aware of any preexisting conditions, and consuming alcohol responsibly.
CGW does not assume liability for any loss, injury, damage, accident, illness, or other harm that may occur as a result of your participation in our activities and events. You hereby release and discharge CGW, its organizers, members, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to such incidents.
By continuing to participate in the group, you demonstrate that you fully comprehend and accept this disclaimer. If you disagree with any part of this disclaimer, it is advised that you abstain from participating in CGW's activities and events.
Additionally, CGW reserves the right to use any photograph or video taken at any main or subgroup event without the written or expressed permission of those included in the photo/video. Photos/videos may be taken by CGW leadership, CGW members/event participants, or third parties acting on behalf of either of the above, and may be provided to CGW leadership through various means, including but not limited to Geneva server posts or messages, email, text message, or shared drives/files/folders. CGW may use these photos/videos in social media or other media/publications produced, used, or contributed to by CGW, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, website, magazine/newspaper advertisements, email newsletters, etc.
By participating in a CGW or CGW subgroup event or by failing to notify CGW leadership directly and in writing of your desire to not have your photograph/likeness used by CGW, you agree to release, defend, hold harmless, and indemnify CGW from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.
*Please allow at least 24-48 hours for a response to any inquiries made to leadership. As a reminder, CGW is operated by volunteers and response times may vary.

We are committed to fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members. Any form of discrimination, harassment, hate speech, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. Please be kind, respectful, and mindful of diverse perspectives and experiences.
Confidentiality and Privacy
We deeply value the privacy and confidentiality of our members. Please do not share anyone's personal stories, information, or sensitive discussions outside of this group without explicit permission. What happens in the chat stays in the chat.
Positive Engagement
We encourage constructive and uplifting interactions. This community is here to support and empower one another, so let’s contribute to a friendly, supportive atmosphere. If you have feedback or differing opinions, please share them respectfully.
No Spamming or Self-Promotion
To maintain the focus of the group and keep conversations meaningful, please avoid spamming, unsolicited self-promotion, or sharing excessive links. Occasional sharing of events or opportunities is okay if they genuinely add value to the community.
Ticket Sales Rule:
No selling or reselling of concert/event tickets within the chat. However, if you have an extra ticket to an event you're attending and would like to invite a CGW member to join, you may offer it at face value. We want to keep this space focused on connection, not commerce.
Mental Health and Wellbeing
Please be considerate when discussing sensitive topics such as mental health. We want to be a supportive community, but we also recognize that everyone has different capacities for engaging with heavy subjects. If you or someone else needs additional support, please reach out to a licensed professional or local resources.
Compliance with Group Rules
All members are expected to adhere to the community rules and guidelines provided by Cincy Girls Who. These rules exist to protect both the integrity of our community and the wellbeing of its members. If rules are not followed, we reserve the right to remove posts or participants from the group.
No Political Debates or Discussions
To ensure this space remains safe and inclusive, we ask that members refrain from political discussions or debates. While we encourage everyone to exercise their right to vote and stay informed, this is not the space for political commentary. Violations of this policy will result in post removal or removal from the group.
Reporting and Accountability
If you witness a rule being broken or feel uncomfortable with any interactions, you can report the message or contact an admin by clicking the three dots next to the message in question. Admins will review and take appropriate action. All reports will be handled with confidentiality and care.
